STRUKTUR TEKS DAN ASPEK PENDUKUNG TUTURAN RITUAL MANTRA PENGOBATAN DI KENAGARIAN KOTO BARU KECAMATAN KOTO BARU KABUPATEN DHARMASRAYA Endang Wahyuningsi email: endang_wahyuningsi@ymail.com Abstract This study aimed to describe about structure text utterance ritual spell treatment and proponent aspects of reading utterance ritual spell treatment in Koto Baru Village, Koto Baru Subdistrict, Dharmasraya Regency. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The informants in this study are three people shamans or charmers who owns and uses spell treatment. Data collected by observation techniques, interview, and recording. This research result shows that structure text utterance ritual spell treatment consist of opening section, content section, and closing section. On proponent aspects of reading utterance ritual spell treatment found (1) time, (2) place, (3) event, (4) doer, (5) equipment, (6) clothes, and (7) rendition of spell.
